Physical Therapist (DPT) – Sports & Performance | Strength & Conditioning Focus
Fit Club Physical Therapy – Brooklyn, NY
This is NOT a traditional PT job.
If you’re looking to treat 3–4 patients an hour, follow protocols, and stay on a table all day—this isn’t for you.
This IS for you if:
- You enjoy coaching lifts, building return-to-run programs, and progressing real movement
- You take pride in your own training and want to work in a gym environment
- You want to help active people get back to lifting, running, and sport

What You’ll Do
- Treat 1-on-1 in a fully equipped gym (not a traditional clinic)
- Build and deliver strength-based rehab programs
- Apply your CSCS / training background in real sessions
- Own your caseload, patient experience, and outcomes
- Drive retention and referrals through great care
Who You Are
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in NY
- Strong in strength training, exercise prescription, and movement coaching
- CSCS or training background preferred—and actually used
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- High ownership, high energy, and strong communication
