Fit Club Physical Therapy & Sports Performance
New York City (Astoria, Williamsburg, DUMBO, Chelsea)

Fit Club Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is a fast-growing, performance-driven physical therapy and wellness company with four locations across New York City. We specialize in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance by delivering one-on-one, gym-based physical therapy, strength training, and recovery services to active New Yorkers.

Over the past eight years, Fit Club has built a reputation as a trusted provider for athletes, professionals, and active individuals seeking high-quality care and long-term performance solutions.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Operations to help stabilize, scale, and strengthen our organization by building systems, supporting our team, and executing operational excellence across all locations.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning vision into structure.

The Opportunity

The Director of Operations will work directly with the Founder to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-location practice while implementing systems that improve team performance, retention, and operational efficiency.

This role will be responsible for helping transition the organization from a founder-operated business to a structured leadership-driven company.

You will help create the infrastructure that allows Fit Club to continue expanding its impact across NYC’s fitness, sports, and wellness communities.
